“For the joy of the Lord is your strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10)

In the psalms, David said, "I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth." At "all" times means in the good times as well as the tough times. The Bible tells us to stay full of joy no matter what we are facing. The joy of the Lord is our source of strength and the nemy knows it. He knows that if he can get you down and discouraged, before long, you'll be weak and feeble and he'll be able to easily defeat you. Wehn you are full of joy and have a good attitude, you keep yourself strong. That positive attitudde of faith paves the way for God to work miracles in your life. It paves the way for God to turn your situation around! Decide today to have a good attitude. Keep yourself full of His joy by meditating on the goodness and promises of God. Be full of the joy of the Lord! You'll soon experience supernatural strength and discover the victorious life God has planned for you!

“Commit to the Lord whatever you do and your plans will succeed.” (Proverbs 16:3)

In order to fulfill your destiny, you have to make a plan according to God’s purposes and stay focused to fulfill that plan. Wake up each day knowing where you're headed, which direction you’re taking and what you are going to accomplish-and then stick to it! Don't allow the distractions and busyness of life get you off course. Ask yourself, “Is what I'm doing moving me towards my God given destiny? Is this my purpose in life, or am I just wasting time being busy and not really making any progress?” Proverbs 4:25 says, “Keep your eyes fixed straight ahead. Don’t look to the left and don’t look to the right.” Don’t be distracted and spend your time and energy on things that are not helping you fulfill your destiny. Remember, God’s plans are blessed, and as you walk in His plan for your life, you will experience His abundance in everything you set your hand to!

This cup is the New Covenant [ratified and established] in My Blood." (1 Corinthians 11:25)

New Covenant. If we really understood what the new covenant was we would be faith giants! Instead of struggling, "trying" to believe the promises of God, we'd be like Abraham. "Strong in faith...fully persuaded that what God promised, He was able to perform." Romans 4:20-21. When God made covenant with him, Abraham knew there was no longer any room for doubt. God had proven how intensely He desired to be God to him. Abraham comprehended the gravity of a covenant agreement. It convinced him once and for all that God's promises could be trusted. It became an anchor to his soul! Do you want to be a faith giant like father Abraham? Then dig into the new covenant you have with God. Study it out in the Word. Let the Holy Spirit show you what really happened when Jesus became the sacrifice that ratified your covenant with God. Let Him show you His Name (John 16:23), His authority (Matthew 28:18-20), His armor and weapons (Ephesians 6:10-17). Once you realize what Jesus actually meant when He said, "This is the New Covenant established in My Blood", your life will never be the same again!

The Fathers Good Plan

God has a good plan for your life. Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before hand that we should walk in them”. We are God’s own handiwork. We are created to do good works which God has planned before we were even born. God prearranged the plans He has for us ahead of time so we can walk, run, and have the good life. In Genesis 1 & 2, God would stand back after each gift of creation and examine all that He had done. Then He would say it is good. God created His best for us, so we could fulfill His master plan for our lives. Not just any old thing is good enough for God’s Children. What is the Father’s good plan for you in 2010? To find out, stay focused on Him. Remember Psalm 139:13 says, “For you formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb”. God had a special plan for our lives even before we were born.
